男人的短褲應該要穿多短？「7 點短褲穿搭守則」穿出輕鬆自在又有型的夏日搭配！

短褲到底要蓋到腿部哪裡才有型？又不會看起來太過彆扭？短褲長度一直是男性時尚史上的一場大辯論，但答案並不一定取決於一成不變的規則，而是取決於每個人的自己的安全感，以及有多想展現自己腿部的肌膚與線條，就像大衛貝克漢敢拍內褲廣告，但是他外出穿短褲時通常會蓋到膝蓋，甚至裡面還會穿內搭褲。

短褲的長度和穿著規則：

關於短褲穿著其實沒有太多規則，甚至不需要像長褲那樣要考慮自己的腿長，而是取決於你想要達到的外觀與形象：

• 長度參考

最基本的經驗法則是，因為腿長及比例的影響，高個子需要穿長一點的短褲，而矮個子的男人可以穿短一點的版本。最常見的尺寸分別是5、7 英寸（四角泳褲或或運動短褲通常是這樣尺寸）、9和 11 英寸，建議大多數男士遠離 11 英寸（因為很容易看起來比例不好），而如果你身高超過 180公分，除非您對自己的腿部肌肉線條非常有信心，否則完全不建議穿5吋短褲，容易看起來太過裸露。（當然如果是為了跑步鍛鍊或有氧運動則是例外。）

• 身高與自信

談到時尚，你可以穿任何你想穿的衣服，只要你有自己的架式和信心（比如Bad Bunny穿露肚臍上衣），這對短褲來說尤其重要。如果你對自己或腿部沒有自信，在公共場合出門要遮遮掩掩，那麼最好穿7或9英寸，這仍然是相對較短的，但是其實並沒有算太暴露，而且其實大多數男人穿起來感覺腿會比較長，也比較有型。這兩種褲長基本上都在膝蓋以上，讓人看起來比較有自信。

• 愈長愈挑人穿：一般人不適合穿蓋過膝蓋的短褲（七分褲不算短褲），除非你長得非常非常高，否則整身看起來會比你的身高矮好幾公分。

• 大口袋工作褲退燒了：現在已經不流行工作短褲了，除非你確定兩側你不會在裡面放東西，否則它容易讓你看起來很笨重，下半身輪廓變形。

• 短運動褲非常挑場合：現在只有參加鐵人三項比賽的男人會穿短運動褲，近期因為《蝙蝠俠》演出企鵝人的柯林法洛去年穿了一件運動短褲被狗仔拍到，結果網路瘋傳淪為笑話，他後來受訪的時候表示這個失策連他的兒子都很尷尬，「因為當天是參加跑步比賽，天氣實在太熱了！」

這樣的短褲其實在健身房穿是正常的，因為可以幫助鍛鍊時保持涼爽，但是在舒適考量時，還是要避免選擇太貼太短的，一來避免摩擦大腿，其次是其他也在鍛鍊的人並不想看到你的激凸。

• 避免過於寬鬆：街頭風雖然流行寬鬆，但是那是長褲，短褲並不算在內，為了避免你的腿看起來像雞腳，需要注意的是短褲會加大你大腿在視覺上的體積，才導致小腿看起來更細，寬鬆的短褲只會進一步強調這一點。

• 短褲學院風正起：過去的時尚界或紳士穿著，都不提倡露出襪子，但現在流行無論你是穿著樂福鞋、紳士鞋或者球鞋，長長的白襪子反而是最時髦的。
